Anyone from QLD, NSW, ACT, NT, SA, TAS can travel to/from Norfolk Island WITHOUT any quarantine requirements at either end.
There is nothing stopping you having a well deserved break away from the worries of the world.
VIC is not permitted onto the island just yet, however, that is being reviewed regularly.
